Use the Seller Dashboard to:
Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
Yes. You control your shipping methods, pricing, and delivery regions in your dashboard.
If a buyer submits a refund request or dispute, you will be notified immediately through your Seller Dashboard. As the seller, you’re responsible for reviewing the issue and communicating directly with the buyer to reach a resolution.
Refunds and returns are handled according to your published return policy.
In B2B transactions, disputes and claims should be resolved case by case, depending on the agreed terms (e.g. Incoterms, proof of damage, shipment delays).
You and the buyer must agree on the outcome. Once resolved, you may process the refund or adjust the transaction manually.
Coffee Supermarket may step in as a neutral mediator in cases of unresolved disputes involving platform-processed payments.
