We despatch orders through Royal Mail click and drop in the following weight guides

• Small parcel

For all orders under 2 kg (equivalent to 3x 500g or 6X 250g bags of coffee or less)

• Medium parcel

For wholesale orders under 6 kg (equivalent to 12x 500g or 20X 250g bags of coffee)

• Arrange collection by email; for deliveries within 2 miles, apply for some specific postcodes within London such as E3, E9, E5, E7, E10, E11, E12, E13, E15, E20 only

During the holiday season, Royal Mail might get busier than usual, and despatched orders might slow down. However, Coffee Supermarket will make all necessary efforts to despatch your order as soon as possible to avoid disruptions

Medium parcel, DPD up to 6 kg

All U.K. orders shipped with DPD are for next (working) day delivery. Although we cannot guarantee next day delivery, we find these usually arrive within three working days. Please note DPD does not deliver on Saturdays.

We are happy to deliver to European, USA and China addresses. Orders need to be placed with a valid postcode/zipcode to allow Royal Mail to locate and quote for correct shipping cost.

Depending on your destination, orders shipped via Royal Mail can arrive anytime between 3 working days or three weeks. For your convenience, we suggest you purchase tracked shipping on all international orders as we’re unable to track parcels outside of the U.K.
